1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a booking at Andatel Grande Patong Phuket ("the Hotel"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of the Hotel and its website.

2. Reservations & Booking

• Reservations can be made through Booking.com or directly via phone or email.
• All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• A valid credit or debit card may be required to guarantee a reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to decline reservations at its discretion.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• Check-out: by 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate and booking channel selected at the time of reservation. Specific cancellation conditions will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. For cancellations via Booking.com, the terms displayed at the time of booking apply.

5. Hotel Rules

• No pets: Animals are not permitted on the Hotel premises.
• Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
• Noise: Guests are asked to respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Pool: The swimming pool is open to registered Hotel guests only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The Hotel reserves the right to ask guests who cause disturbance to other guests or staff to leave without a refund.

6. Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings unless caused by the Hotel's proven negligence. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for accidents in the pool area or common areas unless caused by a failure of Hotel-maintained facilities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
